Po is the titular main protagonist of the Kung Fu Panda franchise. He is an overweight panda who was abandoned as a baby by his mother in order to protect him from Shen at Mr. Pings noodle shop where Mr. Ping the goose himself adopted him. He is a big fan of Kung Fu and evantually when the Dragon Warrior was going to be chosen by master Oogway Po struggles to get to the Jade palace to see but when he does Oogway actually chooses him and now with the help of master Shifu and the Furious Five Po is tasked with protecting the Valley of Peace and China from evil doers.
