Syndrome, also known as Buddy Pine, is the main antagonist of Disney and Pixar's The Incredibles. He is a diabolical and selfish supervillain who was formerly Mr. Incredible's number one fan. He is voiced by Jason Lee.
Buddy was originally Mr. Incredible's biggest fan. He jumped into his car excitedly, but was thrown off the Incredimobile. He appeared again when Mr. Incredible encountered a supervillain called Bomb Voyage. He was trying to convince Mr. Incredible for him to team up with him to fight crime. He flew off in his rocket boots, with Mr. Incredible holding onto his feet. The police took Buddy home afterwards. Later that moment, for the reason of becoming evil after he went home, he remembered that Mr. Incredible works alone. He decided to become Mr. Incredible's new maniacal nemesis.
